Do you have any electronic parts catalogs?
We are constantly updating our website and are not able to provide printed catalogs. All the product information and pricing can be found throughout the website.
How do I place an order?
We encourage placing orders on line, email, or fax . To insure your order is accurate and processed quickly, please be sure to provide all your contact information (name, address, phone, fax, email, etc.) We do not accept phone orders.
What types of payment do you accept?
PayPal , T/T Bank wire transfer, Western Union and Money Gram.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times will vary for each order depending on the location of the receiver. We ship all orders within 24-48 hours (from the time your credit card is approved). This DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS. EMS does not ship or move packages on the weekends. Most orders take 2-6 business days to arrive at their destination once they have left our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
EXAMPLE: If you order on Monday (and your credit card is approved)...your order will leave our warehouse by Wednesday. WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO SHIP ITEMS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE...IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE ORDER LOAD AT OUR WAREHOUSE
How will my order be shipped?
Most of our electronics components will be shipped via China Post Air Mail or HongKong Air Mail or EMS. Please call to inquire about special orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling costs are determined by the WEIGHT and SHIP TO LOCATION. You will be emailed a final confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. SHIPPING TOTAL IS DETERMINED ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE PACKED AND WEIGHED.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes or Internationally?
EMS is not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. we are preparing to do so. Please email us and we will gladly contact you when our international shipping is established.
What is your Return Policy?
Please email us at email@example.com if you receive a damaged or defective item.
YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM US BEFORE SENDING
BACK ANY DAMAGED ITEMS...PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL WITH YOUR INQUIRIES.
IF YOU RETURN TO US WITHOUT GETTING A RETURN #....YOUR ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects or products damaged during shipping.
WE WILL REFUND YOU FOR DAMAGED ITEMS OR SEND REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS ACCORDING YOUR REQUIRE.
To qualify for a return authorization, orders with defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to us via phone or email within three (3) days after arrived.
BEFORE signing for any shipment documents, customers are advised to inspect all packages received and to report any damages immediately to the freight company. Please be sure to note damages on the delivery paperwork and contact us ASAP.
